No, the Reincarnated Room Session is required. It is where clarity, alignment, and direction begin.

Do you work outside of Louisiana and New York?

Yes, we can come to you; it is also possible to do remote and/or hybrid projects depending on the scope of the project.

What is the investment for full-service design?

All proposals are customized and follow your session. Alignment comes before numbers.

Define the project before construction begins.

Once a BLOU INK residence has been acquired, the concept enters site-specific preconstruction. This phase coordinates the residence with its site and establishes the information required to move confidently into construction.

At the completion of preconstruction, the owner reviews the defined construction scope, documents, specifications, budget, and project parameters.

Construction proceeds following the owner's Preconstruction Approval & Authorization to Proceed.
