BLOUIN Contracting is the dedicated construction arm for BLOU INK residential concepts. Each residence begins as a fully defined design concept and moves into site-specific preconstruction before entering construction.

BLOUIN Properties provides land acquisition and residential development services and opportunities. Property availability, acquisition terms, development feasibility, and related services are determined independently and are subject to applicable agreements.

BLOUIN Contracting provides preconstruction and construction services exclusively for acquired or licensed BLOU INK residential concepts. Project scope, availability, pricing, scheduling, site feasibility, permitting, and construction requirements are determined on a

project-specific basis and governed by the applicable written agreement.
